First and foremost we always want to make sure that the home you make on offer on is worth it! I will perform a complete market analysis on every home you would like to make an offer on, beforehand. 

For most people negotiating is stressful. Closing costs, home price, appliances, home warranties... the list of possible negotiation items are endless. Let me carry that burden for you. I will make sure your best interest is always being protected. 

Is there a monster truck rally dome being built half a mile away? Sewage treatment plant? While no one can predict the future, it is important to have a FULL TIME real estate agent, like myself, watching your back. 

This one is pretty self explanatory. There are 180 required hours of study just to become a licensed agent. Of those 180 hours, 90 are dedicated to legal forms, contracts, and paperwork. You have enough to worry about. Let me handle the 20+ required documents for you.

You remember when the option period is over, right? The last day we have to secure funding? The technical day the contract was executed? The deadline to secure an inspection? Survey? Insurance?
